Refund policy
At StarMintz, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
• Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it.
• The seal on the tube must be intact.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or tampered with for hygiene reasons.
How to Start a Return
To start your return, please email us at:

In your email, include:
• Your full name
• Order number
• Reason for return
Once your return has been approved, you’ll be asked to ship the product back to us at your own cost to the following address:

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note: depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened mints or partially used packs.
Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.
