This website is operated by StarMintz (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

2) Using our site
• You must be the age of majority in your country to purchase.
• Don’t use the site for anything unlawful or harmful.
• We may update or change the site at any time.
3) Orders & pricing
• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Prices can change without notice.
• We may limit or cancel orders (e.g., suspected resellers/duplicates). If we change/cancel, we’ll try to notify you via the email/phone provided at checkout.
4) Payments
• Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., Shopify Payments).
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing/shipping info.
5) Shipping & delivery
• We’ll ship to the address you provide at checkout.
• Delivery estimates aren’t guarantees—couriers can have delays.
• Risk in the goods passes on delivery.
6) Returns & refunds
• Our returns are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. In short: you have 14 days from delivery to request a return; items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging, and returned at your cost to:

• Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
7) Product information
• We try to display products accurately; colours/finishes can look different on different screens.
• Ingredients and usage info are provided on product pages/packaging—please read before use.
8) Accounts (optional)
• If you create an account, keep your credentials confidential.
• You’re responsible for all activity under your account.
9) Acceptable use
Don’t: (a) break the law; (b) infringe IP rights; (c) upload malware; (d) scrape, spam, or interfere with site security; (e) post unlawful/abusive content.
10) Third-party services
We use trusted third parties (e.g., Shopify) to host and process orders. Their terms may apply to their parts of the service. We’re not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
11) Intellectual property
All content on the site (text, images, graphics, logos) is owned by or licensed to StarMintz. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
12) Warranties & liability
• The site and products are provided “as is” except where required by law.
• We don’t guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot be excluded by law (e.g., for fraud, death/personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer).
13) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify StarMintz against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the site.
14) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on the site. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
